πŸ› οΈ How does it work?

  • Easily create tasks and get on-time reminders in WhatsApp on any supported device.

  • Create a task by sending a direct message to Any.do or forward a message to Any.do from any of your contacts.

  • Be reminded as soon as tasks are due, straight through WhatsApp. It's easy, simple and effective!

  • For optimal time detection, make sure to use the acceptable time formats below.

  • Recurring reminders are only supported when set via the main app (and completed properly).

  • Whatsapp reminders are available for tasks only.

Note: Any.do's Whatsapp integration for Premium users is for personal lists and tasks and allows users to send reminders to their personal bot only. Premium users cannot create reminders for other users' or share them. The bot's conversation is handled independently by each user and the bot cannot be added to group chats. However, you may always forward messages from any group or chat directly to the bot's conversation if needed.

πŸ’‘ The WhatsApp integration for space tasks adds a second chatbot for shared tasks. Workspace and Family users can enable both the Premium chat bot for their personal space and the Workspace chat bot for shared items.
