This integration enables you to set up triggers and actions that automate task and board management in Any.do based on events in other appsβ€”or vice versa.

All you need to do to create an automation with Any.do through Make.com is:

  1. Sign in to Make.com – Go to Make and log in or create an account.

  2. Click on "create a new scenario".

  3. Select a trigger.

  4. Connect Any.do – Visit Any.do’s integration page on Make.com and authorize access.

  5. Choose an automation – create a custom workflow.

  6. Set your triggers and actions – Pick from the available triggers and actions to automate your workflow.

  7. Test and activate – Run a test to ensure the automation works as expected, then enable it.

To start building your workflow, just choose the type of trigger (event that starts an automation) you would like to set, in order to initiate the action at the end of your workflow.

⚑ Available Triggers in Any.do

When one of these actions occurs in Any.do, you can trigger an automation in another app:

  • Task is created – Automate follow-up actions when a new task is added.

  • Board is created – Sync new boards with other platforms.

  • Tag is added to a task – Trigger specific actions when a task gets tagged.

  • Task Due Time - Triggers when a task's due date has arrived in one of your workspaces.

Π‘onnect Any.do with Gmail for every task you create in a specific section you will get an email. Under "Search app" type in Any.do and select and Gmail and select.

Select a pre-built automation or create a custom workflow. Connected to your Any.do account.

Select the space, board and section and log into your Gmail account.

Select the email Subject, the email address and the email body and Press Save

Turn on the automation

If you no longer require an automation created via Make.com, all you need to do in order to disable it is:

  1. Sign in to Make.com – Go to Make and log in or create an account.

  2. Go to your All scenarios page – go to this page on Make.

  3. Disable it by toggling it off. The automation will stop working accordingly.
