This advanced plan includes everything from personal productivity to collaborative workflows. You’ll get custom board views, automations, time tracking, and team permissions, all designed to simplify your workflow and help your team stay in sync.

✅ Who Can Use This Plan?

  • Workspace is for teams, freelancers, agencies, professionals, consultants, and businesses or anyone who wants advanced collaboration and/or project management features

  • You can add unlimited team members (billed per seat)

  • You don't have to be part of a big team to upgrade to workspace - you can start with 1 member only

  • Each member gets access to:

    • A shared Workspace (boards, automations, reporting)

    • Their own personal space for private tasks (with Premium features)

👥 1. Create Your Workspace & Invite Your Team

  • From Web/Desktop, open Workspace settings

  • Set a name for your Workspace (e.g., “Design Team” or “Client Ops”)

  • Invite members and assign roles:

    • Admin – manage billing, boards, automations

    • Member – create/complete tasks, collaborate

    • Viewer – read-only access (great for clients)

Each user has a personal space for private productivity, and full access to the shared Workspace.

Boards are the core of Workspace collaboration — use them to organize:

For each board:

🧪 Trial vs Paid Workspace

If you’re testing Workspace during your free 14 days trial:

  • You’ll have full access to all features: boards, automation, time tracking, integrations, etc.

  • You'll be able to add up to 13 members for the duration of the trial.

  • At the end of the trial, you’ll need to upgrade to a paid Workspace plan if you wish to continue using the features

  • Workspace is billed per seat, per month or per year

  • You can remove, replace, or rotate members as needed

  • If you do not choose to continue with the workspace, it will be blocked at the end of the trial period for all team members.

Already using Premium or Family?

If you want to switch to Workspace:

  • Contact our Support Team to help transfer your plan

  • We’ll apply any remaining credit from your previous subscription

  • Your personal tasks will remain safe and unchanged

  • If you’re moving from Family to Workspace, we’ll help transfer your existing boards

  • Want both a Family space and a Workspace? You can maintain both plans and easily switch between the spaces
