Any.do’s Location Reminders are a simple and easy way to stay on top of your tasks as you go through your day. By simply setting a location reminder such as ‘pick up flowers’ and choosing the location of your favorite flower shop you will get notified as soon as you’re in close proximity to execute that item. Say goodbye to forgetting to buy things at the market. With Any.do’s location reminders you’re bound to get everything you need.

You can use our location based reminders while adding a task or to a task that has already been added. They can be set for ‘arrival’ or ‘departure’ and you can save your favorite places for quick setup. You can even add “Favorite Locations” so that you can add them to any task quickly and easily. Please note that this feature is available for Premium users only .

Android

To set a Location Reminder: 

1. Tap on the task for which you want to set a location reminder.
2. Tap the reminder icon  underneath the task.
3. Tap “Add new location” and fill a location and a title and press done.
4. Tap on the newly created location and choose between “Remind me when I arrive” or “Remind me when I leave”.
5. Tap set and save

To add a Favorite Location: 
1. Tap on any task
2. Tap the reminder icon  underneath the task.
3. Select “Location” and then “Add a new location”
4. Enter the location’s address and give it a name, then press “done.”
5. You will now be able to select this location with just one press on any task in the future.


iOS

To set a Location Reminder: 

1. Tap on the task for which you want to set a location reminder.
2. Tap the reminder icon  underneath the task.
3. Tap “Add new location” and fill a location and a title and press done.

Web

Location Reminders are not available for Desktop at this time.
