Wrote down an item and completely forgot under which board? No worries - Any.do's Universal Search is here to help you find anything you need. From workspace tasks, to tags, lists, calendar events and more - any type of item can be easily located in just a few simple steps and edited as needed.

πŸ› οΈ How does it work?

  • You can search for personal color-tags, lists, Tasks, Subtasks and calendar events, as well as Workspace boards, board tags and tasks.

  • In the mobile app you can also find popular filters in the search box for quick-filtering.

  • You may also find recent search results in the mobile apps for quick access.

  • Items can be edited when located.

  1. Click on the search icon

  2. Type in your search.

  2. Type in your search on top.

If you often try to locate a specific item, this feature will help you find it fast.

  2. Tap on the search area on top.

  3. It will show you your recent searches under "Recent Searches".


πŸ” To use the popular tags search

If you want to filter items by a popular tag you can do it from under the universal search.

  2. Tap on the search area on top.

  3. Under popular tags, you can select a tag you would like tasks to be filtered by.

  4. Edit it and save.
