Adding Members to Boards

What is it?

Looking to collaborate on any of your workspace projects? If you’re a board admin, you can easily open the board to other workspace members in order to share tasks, assign items and make joint progress. Admins can even set user-permissions per each board member to determine their access level. Want to share your board with non-Any.do users? Easy, just share a public link for a view-only display.

Who has access?

How does it work?

  • Board admins can invite users to collaborate directly
  • External users can access public boards via a public link
  • Board admins can change the permission-levels of collaborators as required
