Manage your Space, permissions, billing and members through a single screen

Managing the different aspect of your space, such as billing, user-roles and others can be done with ease straight from the admin’s account-settings. This is your go-to screen for all space & billing related preferences, from which you can apply crucial settings to your account.

Availability:

  • Teams/ Family users - admins only.

  • Supported on web/desktop.


πŸ› οΈ How does it work?

  • You can update all space related settings through the Management screen.

  • The screen is completely secure and only visible to space admins.


πŸ–₯️ How to access the space management screen

  1. Open the settings menu from the top left settings icon/ profile image next to your profile name.

  2. Select "Manage space".

Note: At this time you can manage different spaces from the web app only. You can also open this menu from the left panel from the 3 dots next to the space title > "Manage space".


πŸ—‚ How to review different spaces

  1. Open the settings menu from the top left settings icon/ profile image next to your profile name.

  2. Select "Manage space".

  3. If you have more than 1 space select which one you want to review from the top left arrow.

Note: At this time you review different spaces from the web app only.

✍️ How to rename a space

  1. Open settings by clicking the settings icon or profile image on the top left next to your name.

  2. Open "Manage space".

  3. Press the 3 dots menu on the right.

  4. Select "Rename space" and edit and save.


πŸ‘€ How to change a space admin

  1. Open settings by clicking the settings icon or profile image on the top left next to your name.

  2. Open "Manage space".

  3. Choose the new admin from the list of the space members below and click on their member role.

  4. Change the role to "Admin".

  5. You can now safely leave the space.


βœ… How to change checkbox settings

You can set to see checkboxes for board tasks or hide them under settings.

  1. Open settings by clicking the settings icon or profile image on the top left next to your name.

  2. Open "Manage space".

  3. Toggle ON or OFF "Show checkboxes in boards"

πŸ’‘ Note: this feature is being gradually released if you do not see it please contact our support team and they will enable it for you.


❌ How to delete an inactive space

  1. Open settings by clicking the settings icon or profile image on the top left next to your name.

  2. Open "Manage space".

  3. If you are the admin of the space press the 3 dots menu -> delete.

Note: If you are not the admin contact the space admin and ask them to remove you as a member, see instructions here.
