✅ How to move a personal task to a Family/Workspace board
Once your Family Space or Workspace is set up, each member can easily move personal tasks into their space's boards via the web/desktop apps. The task will then appear on that board, making it visible to all members who have access to it. This feature is perfect for transferring individual tasks without needing to convert entire lists into boards.
To move a personal-task to a board, simply open the web/desktop app and follow the instructions below:

After setting up your Family Space or Workspace, you can easily convert any of your personal lists into a board, along with all its tasks via the Web/desktop apps. Once converted, a new board with the same title as your list will be created in the space, featuring two sections: 'checked' and 'unchecked' to reflect the status of your existing tasks (you can edit/change the sections later as detailed here).
This board will be accessible to all space members unless you set it to private. Your original personal list will remain in your account, giving you the flexibility to keep or delete it as needed. If a converted board is no longer relevant, you can also archive it to keep your space organized.
