Every member gets their own personal planning space plus access to a shared family workspace - so everyone can collaborate where needed, and focus privately when it counts.

✅ Who Can Use This Plan?
The Family plan supports up to 4 members and 4 shareable boards/grocery lists
All members get access to both the Family Space and their own personal space
Supported platforms include:
Web, Desktop (Mac & Windows)
Android & iOS mobile apps
🧠 What’s Included in Family?
Your Family subscription gives each member access to all Premium features within their personal space, along with powerful collaboration tools inside your shared Family Space. Here’s what’s included:
A private + shared Family Space
Up to 4 shared boards/grocery lists (e.g., chores, school, travel, shopping)
Collaborative Smart Grocery lists
Task chat, mentions, and assignments
Shared calendar view (via integration)
Unlimited personal lists, tasks, and reminders for every member along with full access to all Premium features.
🛠️ Key Setup Steps for Your Family Plan
Let’s walk through the most important steps to get your family up and running:
🧑🤝🧑 1. Invite Your Family Members
The Family Space can include up to 4 members total.
Head to your Family settings (from the Web or mobile app)
Tap Add Member and send them an invite
Each member will get access to the shared space + their own private environment

📋 2. Create Shared Boards
Boards are where you’ll organize collaborative tasks, like:
Chores
Travel planning
School projects
Family budgeting
Each Family Space can hold up to 4 shared boards/grocery lists.
Once all 4 are created, any new boards will remain private unless a slot is freed.
💡 You can also opt to create private personal lists within your personal space.
🛒 3. Use the Smart Grocery Lists
Your Family Plan includes a dedicated Smart Grocery Lists — built to simplify weekly shopping:
Items are sorted automatically by aisle
All members can add/edit items in real time
Lists sync across all platforms (including mobile)

✅ 4. Assign Tasks & Manage Visibility
Use the Assign Member option to give tasks to specific people
Only assigned tasks will appear in a member’s personal My Day, 7 Days, or All Tasks views
If a task isn’t assigned to anyone, it won’t show up in those views
Take advantage of the chat feature to share comments, tag other members and ask for status updates.
This helps each family member focus on what’s theirs - while still collaborating on shared goals.
📅 5. Integrate a Shared Calendar
To manage birthdays, events, or weekly routines:
Head to Settings → Calendar Integration
Connect the same shared Google/Outlook calendar on each family member’s device
Events will appear side by side with tasks inside your Family Space

With the Family Plan, each member can use WhatsApp to:
Add tasks directly to the Family Boards
Receive reminders and mentions
Forward messages into collaborative tasks

7 Days – Preview upcoming assigned tasks by day
All Tasks – See all of your current personal + assigned board items in one list

If you need to add more than 4 members or create more than 4 shared boards, you may want to consider upgrading to a Workspace plan.
Here’s what to know:
Workspace is a separate environment, built for teams
Upgrading to Workspace will cancel your Family Plan
You will lose access to the Family Space unless you maintain both plans

Some users choose to maintain both plans — using Workspace for work and Family for home
