What is it?
Any.do helps you stay focused and productive both on mobile and desktop! The app’s desktop navigation options provide easy access to an overview of all tasks, lists, and tags, as well as designated views for filtering tasks by specific time periods. These basic filtering and different view options, allow users to remain efficient throughout their day, by easily seeing exactly what they need.

How does it work?
- The navigation panel can be found on the left side of the screen. Minimize or maximize the Navigation panel using the pin icon

- From the Navigation panel, users can switch between Lists, My Day view, Next 7 Days, All Tasks, Smart Grocery Lists and Tags.
- You may find further sorting and filtering options, easily export a list, and use the Bulk editing option to manage your tasks – once a preferred list view is selected.
How to access the app's settings & profile
✔️ Web/ Windows/ Mac
Open settings by clicking the settings icon or profile image on the top left next to your name.
To access your profile press “My Profile”.
Navigating between views
✔️ Web, Windows and Mac
- Open the Navigation pane on the left side of the screen
- Tap on the name of the view/ list/ tag you would like to view.
- To switch the View, go to the Navigation panel and choose any other view.
To apply filters/sorting
✔️To change viewing settings (single/multi-column)
- Click on the
menu next to the list’s title.
- Next to “View” tap on “Multi-column” or “Single-column”.
The Single-column option will display the Task Menu of the marked task. The Multi-column option will display the relevant lists’ titles when “Sort by” shows “List”, and the time categories (Today, Tomorrow…) when “Sort by” shows “Time”. ✔️ To change tasks sorting (Time/List)
- Click on the
menu next to the list’s title.
- Toggle “Sort by” between “Time” or “List”.
The List sorting will display the relevant lists’ titles, and Time sorting will show the time categories (Today, Tomorrow…). To learn more about sorting and filtering your lists, please click here.
To add a new list/ tag
✔️ Web, Windows and Mac
- Open the Navigation pane.
- Click on the
icon next to the ‘List’/ ‘Tag’ name.
- Fill in the title and tap on “Continue” to save.
How to edit lists
✔️ To change the list name:
- Open a list view.
- Click on the title.
- Edit the title.
✔️ To reorder lists
- Open the Navigation pane.
- Drag and drop lists to the desired location.
How to access My Day and Calendar view
✔️ Web/ Windows/ Mac
- Open the Navigation panel on the left side of the screen.
- Click on My Day.
- Open the suggestion menu
from the right side.
- Choose ‘Events’ to access Calendar events.
To select visible calendars:
- Open the settings menu from the top left settings icon/ profile image next to your profile name.
- Click on “My Day”.
- Click on “Visible calendars”.
- Change events you want to see as “on” and ones you don’t as “off”.
