🤝 How can Any.do help me collaborate with others?

Any.do Workspace allows you to share boards and board-tasks with other team members. You are able to cooperate by adding and removing tasks and checklists, adding comments and attaching files collectively, as well as add tags to prioritize and more. You can use Any.do Teams to group projects, manage individual teams, event planning…you name it. It is a great tool to help users work together!

📆 What is the calendar integration?

Any.do’s Calendar Integration will show your calendar events and to dos side by side in various views for optimal productivity!

You have the option to integrate your personal calendar client on both our mobile and web/desktop apps to easily see your tasks and events in chronological order as well as make changes/ complete tasks straight from your Calendar View.

🔒 Is my account data secure?

All of the data from your account is securely stored on our hosted servers and cannot be accessed by unauthorized parties. Our host – Amazon Web Services – is one of the world’s largest hosting services, trusted by numerous corporations. All transportation from the client to the server is encrypted. 👑 What is Any.do Premium?

Any.do’s standard version offers all the essential features required to organize your day. However, if you seek an extra boost in productivity, our Premium features are precisely what you need. By unlocking access to exclusive features such as Color Tags, Location Reminders, and Advanced Recurring Reminders, the Premium version elevates your productivity to the next level!

Additionally, you will remove any and all restrictions from our most powerful Personal features such Any.do Moment, and File uploads. You can also customize the app to suit your mood by switching between our color themes and receive priority support whenever you need assistance.

👥 What is Any.do Teams?

Any.do Workspace is a team collaboration platform that empowers individuals. It’s an all-encompassing platform that enables teams to streamline their work, collaborate successfully, and manage both personal and professional projects in one place.

Any.do for Teams is a great way to manage multiple users or projects by sharing boards and board-tasks, uploading files, assigning checklist items and more through the Workspace section in your account. You can use it to group projects, manage individual teams, event planning…you name it.

The Workspace was designed to give you all the tools you need to get things done, while allowing you to add as many boards and members as you wish. If you need assistance setting up a workspace account, feel free to reach out to our Support Team.

📝 How can I view/ edit billing details?

Editing and viewing billing details depends on the subscription plan you own and the payment provider you chose. For more details and step by step instructions, see here.


❌ How do I cancel a paid/trial plan?

Are you sure you want to wave access to Any.do’s advanced features?

If there’s any issue with your account, please don’t hesitate to contact us here so our team can help you out ASAP. If you still wish to cancel a premium trial, please refer to this page.

If you still wish to cancel your trial/paid plan, please refer to this page.

Be advised that even after cancelling, the trial/paid features will remain active until the end of the trial/billing period.


💲 I purchased a subscription plan but changed my mind. Am I eligible for a refund?

Per our TOS each subscription plan has a different time frame for requesting a refund and being eligible to get the refund. To learn more details, see here.

🛠 Bugs and Troubleshooting

🆚 Why is my app showing different features than the articles?

First, make sure that you are using the most up to date version of the app. If you are using the most recent version and still seeing differences, this may mean that we are testing something in the app. To improve the app as much as possible, we will sometimes run tests on certain features so that some users will see one version while other users will see another. So there is no need to worry if you are seeing any differences!

Also, if you have registered as an Any.do Super User you will receive our latest beta versions for testing, whenever they are available. This means you might see added features or changes to the app’s interface which we plan on launching soon. You will be first to enjoy these additions and we’re counting on your feedback to improve the app.


🛠️ How can I troubleshoot an issue I’m facing?

Go to our Troubleshooting Center and select the category related to your problem to find our quick-answers.

📣 Do you offer live updates for critical issues?

Yes, our team always updates users on our Support X channel regarding any major/critical issues.


🐞 How do I report a bug?

If you find a bug in the app, please submit a bug report with all the relevant details right here, so that we can fix it as quickly as possible!

🗳️ How do I request a feature?

We love getting feedback from our users and often times develop features based on users' requests. As such, you have the power to make real impact on our product by simply submitting you idea or voting for ones already submitted by others!

The more votes an idea gets, the more likely our Product Team is to consider implementing it ASAP.

When adding your idea, make sure to first check if it was already added by another users so that you can combine forces! Be sure to also submit one idea at a time.


🔗 What are the Any.do Deep links and how can I use them?

Deep Links are unique links pointing to specific places in the app. Let’s say you want to instantly open the List View, or quickly review your color tags. With Deep Links, you can get to the relevant screens within a click, without even having to open the app. To view all links, go here.
