🆓 Is Any.do free?

Yes! Any.do personal is entirely free to use, while our collaborative and upgraded experiences, like Any.do Premium, Any.do Family and Any.do Teams (Workspace) require a subscription plan.

However, users who have no need for such plans are welcome to use the free app for as long and as much as they wish, on all supported platforms.

🤝 How can Any.do help me collaborate with others?

Any.do is here to help you sync with your projects and team through our Workspace experience and Any.do Family will help manage your day to day life, for all shopping, events and other family activities. Through any of these plans, users are able to share boards and board-tasks with other members, cooperate on various projects by adding and removing tasks and checklists, adding comments and attaching files, as well as add tags to prioritize and more.

🚩 How do I get started with Any.do (free and upgraded accounts)?

First thing, we recommend going over our Getting Started with Any.do Personal guide. This guide covers all of our core features, which are offered entirely for free (with some exceptions) to get you up and ready to start your productivity journey!

The guide will cover everything you need to know about personal-lists and personal-tasks, which are at the foundation of any task-management workflow you're looking to build.

👑 How do I get started with Any.do Premium (paid accounts)?

Any.do Premium is our advanced productivity experience for single-users. It includes various additional features (on top of Any.do personal) and unlocks any restrictions applied to the free plan. Be advised, Any.do Premium is for single users only and does not include any sharing and collaboration features like our Any.do Family and Any.do Teams (Workspace) subscription plans.

❤️ How do I get started with Any.do Family (paid accounts)?

Any.do Family was designed for busy households to help families stay on top of their tasks and events while sharing reminders, working collaboratively and keeping tabs on each other in a simple and fluid way. This plan includes all Personal features, Premium features and an added collaborative space for up to 4 members and up to 4 shareable boards with various added features. 👥 How do I get started with Any.do Teams/Workspace (paid accounts)?

Any.do Teams (Workspace) was designed for advanced project management and seamless collaboration. This plan is all about sharing projects with colleagues and/or client, easily setting collective due dates and reminders, chatting in-app, setting multiple integrations, defining automations and more. This plan includes all Personal features, Premium features and an added collaborative space for as many members as needed (billed per member) with an unlimited amount of boards and various added features. 🆘 Where can I find help?

🕹️ Features and Profile

Any.do offers a variety of features on various levels, depending on your subscription type. Getting used to specific features or workflows might be a bit challenging at times, but our team has all the information you need to answer all of your questions and get you to customize your experience per your specific requirements 🤓

👤 How can I create an account and log out/log in?

Easy! Our app offers various connection options such as Google, Facebook and Apple as well as a standard email and password option. To learn all about creating an account and logging in and out of your account, please see here.

🤔 Do I need to have an account in order to use the app?

Yes, users are required to create accounts in order to use the app so their information can be synced throughout our various supported platforms and remain available 24/7 from any device.

🔒 Is my account data secure?

All of the data from your account is securely stored on our hosted servers and cannot be accessed by unauthorized parties. Our host – Amazon Web Services – is one of the world’s largest hosting services, trusted by numerous corporations. All transportation from the client to the server is encrypted. 📖 Where can I find a guide on how to use the features?

Right here on our support site! Navigate to the home page and check out our collections or articles or utilize the search bar to find specific topics. Make sure to check the 'Availability' section in our articles to see in what plans and platforms our features are available.

📆 What is the calendar integration?

Any.do’s Calendar Integration will show your calendar events and to dos side by side in various views for optimal productivity!

You have the option to integrate your personal calendar client on both our mobile and web/desktop apps to easily see your tasks and events in chronological order as well as make changes/ complete tasks straight from your Calendar View.

🔆 What is Any.do My Day?

Any.do's My Day features is a daily planning experience which is focused on what actually needs to get done :) It is a private view where you plan your day for your work, family and personal tasks. This unique view resets every morning, eliminating any leftover clutter from the previous day. It's designed to help you prioritize tasks for the current day, providing a fresh start to focus on what's crucial. 💻 📱 On what platforms/devices can I use the app?

Any.do is available for your Android, iOS, Web and Desktop devices. It is also available on Smart Watches and as a web extension (for Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Firefox and Safari). To learn all about these options and how to install the app, please see here.

Any.do’s standard version offers all the essential features required to organize your day. However, if you seek an extra boost in productivity, our Premium features are precisely what you need. By unlocking access to exclusive features such as Color Tags, Location Reminders, and Advanced Recurring Reminders, the Premium version elevates your productivity to the next level!

Additionally, you will remove any and all restrictions from our most powerful Personal features such Any.do Moment, and File uploads. You can also customize the app to suit your mood by switching between our color themes and receive priority support whenever you need assistance.

👥 What is Any.do Teams?

Any.do Workspace is a team collaboration platform that empowers individuals. It’s an all-encompassing platform that enables teams to streamline their work, collaborate successfully, and manage both personal and professional projects in one place.

Any.do for Teams is a great way to manage multiple users or projects by sharing boards and board-tasks, uploading files, assigning checklist items and more through the Workspace section in your account. You can use it to group projects, manage individual teams, event planning…you name it.

🆚 How can I know which plan is best for me?

The best plan for your needs depends on your specific use case, your need for a singular or collaborative experience, the type of features and shared projects you would like to have, and what pricing options you're most comfortable with.

🚨 I made a purchase but can't view my upgraded features!

We're sorry for the inconvenience! Plans should be updated immediately upon purchase but if they don't please try to restore your transaction from under Settings - Profile in the Any.do account you've made the purchase. If this doesn't work, try logging out of your account and logging back in with the account you've originally purchased the plan through.

📝 How can I view/ edit my plan/billing details?

Editing and viewing billing details depends on the subscription plan you own and the payment provider you chose. For more details and step by step instructions, see here.

❌ How do I cancel a paid/trial plan?

Are you sure you want to wave access to Any.do’s advanced features? If there’s any issue with your account, please don’t hesitate to contact us here so our team can help you out ASAP. If you still wish to cancel a premium trial, please refer to this page.

If you still wish to cancel your trial/paid plan, please refer to this page.

Be advised that even after cancelling, the trial/paid features will remain active until the end of the trial/billing period.

↩️ I purchased a subscription plan but changed my mind. Am I eligible for a refund?

Per our TOS each subscription plan has a different time frame for requesting a refund and being eligible to get the refund. To learn more details, see here.

🛠 Bugs and Troubleshooting

Encountered a technical issue or a bug? Need help with a feature? We got you covered. See the following answers to some of the most frequently asked questions regarding technical issues:

👀 Why is my app showing different features than the articles?

First, make sure that you are using the most up to date version of the app. If you are using the most recent version and still seeing differences, this may mean that we are testing something in the app. To improve the app as much as possible, we will sometimes run tests on certain features so that some users will see one version while other users will see another. So there is no need to worry if you are seeing any differences!

Also, if you have registered as an Any.do Super User you will receive our latest beta versions for testing, whenever they are available. This means you might see added features or changes to the app’s interface which we plan on launching soon. You will be first to enjoy these additions and we’re counting on your feedback to improve the app.

🛠️ How can I troubleshoot an issue I’m facing?

Go to our Troubleshooting Center and select the category related to your problem to find our quick-answers.

If you are not able to locate the answer you are looking for, please reach out to our Support Team who would be more than happy to help!

📣 Do you offer live updates for critical issues?

Yes, our team always updates users on our Support X channel regarding any major/critical issues.

🐞 How do I report a bug?

If you find a bug in the app, please submit a bug report with all the relevant details right here, so that we can fix it as quickly as possible!

🚧 My app is crashing!

We're so sorry for the inconvenience! If the issue is on mobile, please try to uninstall and reinstall the app to see if it's a temporary issue. If the issue persists or is occurring on a desktop device, please reach out to our Support Team with a screenshot/screencast showing the nature of the problem and they would be more than happy to help!

🗳️ How do I request a feature?

We love getting feedback from our users and often times develop features based on users' requests. As such, you have the power to make real impact on our product by simply submitting you idea or voting for ones already submitted by others!

The more votes an idea gets, the more likely our Product Team is to consider implementing it ASAP.

When adding your idea, make sure to first check if it was already added by another users so that you can combine forces! Be sure to also submit one idea at a time.

🔗 What are the Any.do Deep links and how can I use them?

Deep Links are unique links pointing to specific places in the app. Let’s say you want to instantly open the List View, or quickly review your color tags. With Deep Links, you can get to the relevant screens within a click, without even having to open the app. To view all links, go here.

💱 How can I join Any.do's translations team?
