Billing and Subscription Plans

What is it?

Any.do offers two types of subscription options- the Premium plan, which is designed for all users, and the Teams business plan, which can help you create an efficient and productive workspace for you and your team. The Premium plan is available from various payment platforms (Google Play, AppGallery, App Store and Stripe). Although we have many subscription plans the most common are the yearly and monthly ones. 

How can I get access?

  • Upgrading with an Any.do Premium subscription can be done from the mobile, tablet and desktop apps.
  • Upgrading with an Any.do Teams business plan can be done from the desktop apps only.
  • Subscription plans can be purchased via Google Play, AppGallery, Apple’s iTunes or directly through us.
  • Upgrading from the mobile will redirect you to your App Store to select the payment method. From the desktop apps, you will be redirected to Stripe, to insert your payment method.

How does it work?

  • Any.do’s Premium subscription is per account only, we do not support family sharing.

  • We offer several Premium billing cycles, to suit every user’s needs! You may choose between a 12 months, 6 months, or a monthly based subscription. The Teams plan is billed on an annual or monthly basis.
  • The subscriptions renew automatically if not canceled by the user. Full access to Premium features is granted in the billing duration.

Available subscription plans

Any.do has two paid subscription plans the Premium plan and the Workspace plan.

We welcome you to explore all of Any.do’s exclusive features, with a 7 days Free Trial for the Premium plan, and a 14 days Free Trial of our Workspace plan. Once you start the free trial you will have premium status on all platforms. You can also contact our Support Team right here to get a personal link to start a free trial. If the user cancels the trial before it ends, no charges will be made. If the user doesn’t cancel the trial is will automatically renew into a paid plan. We offer one trial per account.

✔️ Android – Google Play

The payment methods we accept are Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. The Workspace plan only has Stripe as the payment option. 

 

*Currency and conversion fees

Some of our payment providers support local currency, while direct payments via Stripe are in USD only. Certain additional fees may be applied by external providers.


Sharing plans

Any.do Workspace plan is billed on an annual or monthly basis and calculated per workspace. Each workspace is billed separately by the number of members in each billing cycle. Team members are able to use the premium and workspace features from both desktop and mobile platforms.

Any.do’s Premium subscription is per account only, we do not support family sharing for this plan.

Viewing your payment plan

✔️ Android – Google Play

  1. On your Android phone or tablet, open the Google Play app .
  2. Check if you’re signed in to the correct Google Account (the one used for paying).
  3. At the top right, tap the profile icon.
  4. Tap Payments & subscriptions  Subscriptions.
  5. Locate Any.do‘s subscription plan and select it.

✔️ Huawei – AppGallery

  • Go to Settings > Account center > Payment and purchases > Subscriptions.
  • Alternatively, open AppGallery, and go to Me > Account center > Payment and purchases > Subscriptions.

✔️ iOS – App Store

  1. Open the Settings app.
  2. Tap your name.
  3. Tap Subscriptions.
  4. Tap on Any.do.

✔️ Web, Windows & Mac – Stripe

  1. Go to Any.do Settings
  2. Tap on ‘My Profile’.
  3. Manage Subscription.

Viewing billing info and invoices

Receipts and invoices from Google Play and the App Store are sent to you via email after your purchase.

✔️ To view billing info via Google Play:

  1. Visit Google Pay.
  2. Sign in to your Google account.
  3. Click Activity.
  4. To get your receipt, select an order.

✔️ To view billing info via App Store:

  • On mobile:
  1. Open the Settings app.
  2. Tap your name, then tap “Media & Purchases” and sign in as needed.
  3. Tap “Purchase History”.
  • On Mac devices:
  1. Open the Music app or iTunes.
  2. From the menu bar at the top of the screen, choose “Account”, then click “View My Account”.
  3. Scroll down to “Purchase History”.
  4. Click on ‘See All’.

✔️ To view billing info and access invoices via Huawei AppGallery:

  1. From the AppGallery click “My”.
  2. Go to the Account center page
  3. Select Payment and purchases > Purchase history.
  4. Find the payment record, and click on Billing details.

✔️ To view billing info and access invoices via Stripe:

    1. Open the Web App.
    2. Go to app Settings.
    3. Go to ‘My Profile’.
    4. Choose Manage Subscription. From there, you can download and send all your invoices to your email.

Switching/ cancelling subscriptions

 

Switching payment plans

✔️ From Monthly to Yearly 

In order to switch between subscription plans you can either sign up to yearly plan after the monthly billing cycle ends, or contact our Support team and they will be happy to assist.

✔️ From Yearly to Monthly

In order to switch between subscription plans you can either sign up to Monthly plan after the Yearly billing cycle ends, or contact our Support team and they will be happy to assist.

✔️ From Premium to Teams

In order to switch between subscription plans you can either sign up to the Teams plan after the billing cycle ends, or contact our Support team and they will be happy to assist.

If you want to switch the plan before the billing cycle ends, our Support team will help transfer the the remaining credits on to the new plan.

✔️ From Teams to Premium

In order to switch between subscription plans you can either sign up to the Premium plan after the billing cycle ends, or contact our Support team and they will be happy to assist.

If you want to switch the plan before the billing cycle ends, our Support team will help transfer the the remaining credits on to the new plan.


Switching payment providers

✔️ From Google Play\AppGallery\App Store to Stripe

If you would like to change your payment provider to Stripe, please contact our Support team and they will be happy to send you a direct link.

✔️ From one payment provider to another

In order to switch between payment providers you will need to upgrade your account via another payment provider after the previous billing cycle ends.


Cancellations, refund and billing inquiries
