What is it?

Any.do offers two types of subscription options- the Premium plan, which is designed for all users, and the Teams business plan, which can help you create an efficient and productive workspace for you and your team. All of the team members under the plan will have Premium status that unlocks features like Recurring tasks, Whatsapp reminders, Color tags, +5000 app integrations, and Location reminders. The Teams plan is a great way to achieve your Team’s goals by Collaborating on project boards with unlimited team members. The team admin has access to admin tools & permissions while the team members have access to +100 workflow templates and the premium features.

How can I get access?

  • Upgrading with an Any.do Teams business plan can be done from the desktop apps only.
  • Subscription plans can be purchased via Google Play, AppGallery, Apple’s iTunes or directly through us.
  • Upgrading from the mobile will redirect you to your App Store to select the payment method. From the desktop apps, you will be redirected to Stripe, to insert your payment method.

How does it work?

  • You can upgrade from the mobile apps, the desktop apps and the website.
  • We offer several Premium billing cycles, to suit every user’s needs! You may choose a 12 months or a monthly based subscription.
  • The teams plan has a 14-day trial offer.
  • The subscriptions renew automatically if not canceled by the user.
  • You can sent yourself an invoice from the workspace management menu.

How to upgrade to the teams plan

✔️ Android/ iOS

When you create a new workspace the upgrade screen will pop up if you dismiss it you will be able to upgrade later.

  1. Tap on the top left 3 dots menu
  2. Tap on “Upgrade”.

✔️ Web/ Windows/ Mac

When you create a new workspace the upgrade screen will pop up if you dismiss it you will be able to upgrade later.

  1. Open the settings menu from the top left settings icon/ profile image next to your profile name.
  2. Under the workspace settings, select “Manage workspace”.
  3. Next to “Your Plan” click on “Add card” or under your plan click on “add payment details” or press on the 3 dots menu and select “add card”.
  4. Select your preferred plan.
  5. Add credit card details.

How to sign up for a free teams trial

✔️ Android/ iOS /Web/ Windows/ Mac

  1. Create a new workspace
  2. When the upgrade screen pops up if you dismiss it the trial will start and will end after 14 days.

Note: If the trial ends and you didn’t choose to upgrade the workspace area will be blocked until you enter payment details to start a paid plan.


How to change a subscription plan

✔️ From Monthly to Yearly 

In order to switch between subscription plans you can either sign up to yearly plan after the monthly billing cycle ends, or contact our Support team and they will be happy to assist.

✔️ From Yearly to Monthly

In order to switch between subscription plans you can either sign up to Monthly plan after the Yearly billing cycle ends, or contact our Support team and they will be happy to assist.

✔️ From Premium to Teams

In order to switch between subscription plans you can either sign up to the Teams plan after the billing cycle ends, or contact our Support team and they will be happy to assist.

If you want to switch the plan before the billing cycle ends, our Support team will help transfer the the remaining credits on to the new plan.

How to add or remove workspace members

If needed, you can easily add or remove workspace members and change the billing accordingly. The full instructions on how to add or remove members can be found here.
